Guests and Visitors

Welcome to First Presbyterian Church of Mount Dora. We are glad you are here.

We have one service in the summer June through September at 10:00 a.m. October through May we offer two servicesThe Well Worship begins at 9:00 a.m. We gather in Biery Hall for a casual style of worship with contemporary music that appeals to so many and will be welcomed by those preferring that style. Then, at 11:00 a.m. we begin the Traditional Worship in our beautiful colonial style Sanctuary.  Worshippers are seated in pews and enjoy our wonderful organ and musicians. We also offer live streaming on Facebook for both services. After noon on Sundays, you may view both services on YouTube. Sunday School takes place at 9:50 a.m. in the Multipurpose Room from October to May, and at 8:45 a.m. June through September.

First Time Guests we warmly welcome you to come and worship with us or join us for any of our other activities. Where is the Church located?  We are at 222 W. Sixth Avenue in downtown Mount Dora, Florida 32757. This is between Alexander and McDonald streets on Sixth Avenue; one block east of Donnelly and one block north of Fifth Avenue in the heart of town. Where do I park? We have two parking lots: one immediately adjacent to Biery Hall and a larger one immediately across the street. Handicap parking is available in both locations.  Access to both lots is from Sixth Avenue. There is ample street parking also except during certain city events.  What if I have Special Needs? Our entire campus is wheelchair accessible, with many modern handicap accessible bathrooms throughout.  There are special needs reserved parking spots and an elevator to the lower level.  Hearing aids and large print hymnals are available in the Sanctuary.  What about Children? We welcome you and your children.
