Plan A Visit

You are invited to take part in the many activities of First Presbyterian Church Mount Dora. We offer two different services, each about an hour long. You are welcome to wear whatever makes you most comfortable, after all, this is Central Florida! On a typical Sunday, you will find people dressed anywhere from casual to business professional.

Traditional Sanctuary service

The dress is casual to business-casual. We sing from hymnals and enjoy the Choir, Handbells, piano & organ. Lay Leaders open with a Call to Worship and responsive Readings and a message is delivered by the Pastor.  Stay after for Coffee and refreshments.

Casual Service

The service takes place in Biery Fellowship Hall. Come early for coffee & light food before we start. The dress is casual, with a "come as you are" feeling. We sit around tables in comfortable chairs for this "café-style" worship. Pastor delivers the message in an informal style. You will hear a praise band and sing songs with lyrics & scripture projected on a screen.
